"Miss KK: A Sister Collaboration" is a project between two sisters. Kat Karnaky and Miss KK. Kat is a textile artist who creates the playful designs that are hand printed in her studio. Miss KK is an LA based designer of dresses and costumes, who designs the silhouettes. Together they combine the looks of many bygone decades to create pieces that are classical yet flirtatious and exemplify the craft and technique of handmade dressmaking. The collection is hand printed, painted and dyed using non-toxic dyes, natural fabrics, vintage materials and notions. They share their skills to create this colorful collection born of fantasy, elegance and whimsey.
